How do I start service with Can Cleanse?It's easy! Sign up directly on our website. Go to our Can Cleaning page to begin. We can typically service you the day after your next trash pick up day! More questions? Contact us at info@cancleanse.com or send us a text at 954-466-9254 seven days a week.

How will I know when you are coming?After signing up for service with Can Cleanse, whether it's a one-time or subscription-based cleaning, we will send an email and text reminder the day before your scheduled service to ensure your can(s) are ready for us.

Do I need to be home for your services?No! You don't need to be home to have your cans cleaned. We clean your cans the day after your trash pick up in order to ensure your cans are ready for our arrival. No matter where you keep your trash cans (curbside, by the garage, to the side of your house, behind a gate), we will make sure to grab them with your permission and return them to the same spot! You'll get a text message the day before reminding you of your next day service, as well as a text message the day of letting you know that we are on the way. Once your cans have been serviced, we will send out another text, letting you know your cans are clean!

What does Next Day service mean?Next Day Service is our premium service where you don't need to leave your cans at the street! We gladly come collect your cans near your home, clean them curbside, and return them to your preferred location. We will simply clean your cans the next day following your trash pick up in order to ensure your cans are ready for our arrival! If for any reason you need to throw away a bag or two of trash, we have no problem removing it and even placing it in a fresh, new bag to maintain the cleanliness of your cans.

Can I place trash in my can before your arrival?Yes, you can place trash in your can before our arrival. Please ensure it's bagged. We will remove the bagged trash when we clean your can and place it in a heavy-duty leak-proof bag to maintain the cleanliness of your fresh cans.

What if I forget to leave my bins accessible?Our route manager will try to contact you if they don't see your cans by the street or in their typical location on the property. If they can't reach you within 10 minutes, we will reschedule your service for our next route in your area.

What happens if I forget to take my trash cans down for pick up?If you forget to take your cans down for trash pick up prior to our arrival, we have no problem removing a bag or two of trash in order to clean your cans. If the trash is not bagged or the can is full, we will reschedule your job for our next route in your area.

What is your cancellation policy?Since Can Cleanse has no contracts for service, you can cancel your service with us up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled can cleaning. However, when signing up for our subscription service, you are agreeing to a minimum of three subsequent services prior to cancellation.

What happens if there are dangerous weather conditions on the day of my scheduled service?Can Cleanse will clean your cans, rain or shine. However, if there are unsafe weather conditions (flooding, ice, snow, severe storms, high winds, etc.), we will reschedule your service to our next route in your area to ensure the safety of our route managers.

How can I update my payment information?Give us a call or send us a text at 954-466-9254 or simply email us at info@cancleanse.com to update your card on file. We will send over a secure payment update link to ensure the security of your information!

When will I be billed for my subscription?Subscriptions are billed upon sign-up. Subsequent billing occurs on the 1st of each service month.

Do you have a referral program?We absolutely love when you refer us to your friends and family. Because of your loyalty, we offer a referral program to reflect our appreciation. If you are a subscription-based customer (monthly or quarterly) that refers a friend or family member that signs up for a subscription-based service (monthly or quarterly), you get your next subscription-based service FREE!!!
