Bin Wizards is pleased to announce it has partnered with Can Cleanse in order to enhance its service offering and expand services available to its customers! Our customers will continue to receive the exceptional service they have come to expect. This partnership enables us to increase our availability for rescheduling... and COMING SOON we will be offering services such as window cleaning and power washing! Additionally, customers can now enjoy Next Day service for bin cleaning. These additional offerings help to continue to serve you with excellence and keep our prices competitively low. FAQs
Will my service week stay the same?
Generally, yes. However, keeping routes efficient for our staff is paramount to maintaining competitively low prices. Therefore, we review routes frequently in a continuous effort to maintain efficiency.
When will I be billed for service?
Subscriptions are initially billed upon sign up. Subsequently, billing occurs on the 1st of each service month.
What does Same Day service mean?
Same day service simply means that your bins will be cleaned on the same day that the city collects your trash.
What does Next Day Service mean?
Next Day Service is our premium service where you don't need to leave your bins at the street. We gladly come collect your bins near your home, clean them curbside, and return them to the preferred location. We clean your bins the next day following your trash pick up day.
Why do customers prefer Next Day Service?
The reality is that city is unpredictable as to when they will arrive. This delivers a consistent level of service while not predicated on the pickup time. These customers also enjoy not having to bring their bins from the street after the cleaning.​
What if my HOA won't let me leave my bins curbside?
We agree with HOA’s that bins shouldn’t be left out curbside any longer than necessary! That’s why we gladly come to your home to collect your bins from their normal location and return the bins back to their normal location.
What’s the best way to get a quote for window cleaning and/or pressure washing?
To get a quote, it’s super easy! You can email us at info@cancleanse.com or text us at 954-466-9254 and let us know that you would like a quote for an additional service.
What if I need to put trash in the bin before cleaning the next day?
That’s no problem at all! Go ahead and put trash in. We do ask that you make sure it's bagged and we will remove the bagged trash when we clean your bin. We'll take the bagged trash and put it in a heavy-duty leak-proof bag and place the trash back in your clean bin.
